Pumpkin seeds are loaded with protein, iron, magnesium, calcium, potassium, sodium, zinc, copper, and manganese, along with important amino acids like arginne, lysine, tryptophan and glumatic acid. As if this wasn’t enough, they have potent essential fatty acids, vitamins, and minerals such as vitamin B-complex like niacin, riboflavin, thiamine, vitamin B6 and pantothenic acid.

FUN FACT ~ Pumpkin seeds were a celebrated food among many Native American tribes, who treasured them both for their dietary and medicinal properties.
